Chief Executive Officer --- Jeanne Page
Jeanne Page has been active in the field of Developmental Disabilities for 30 years. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from Texas Tech University and a M.Ed. from the University of North Texas. Her focus has been on the development and management of community-based services for individuals with developmental disabilities in both public and private sector settings. In 1997, she was a principal in the development of Daybreak Community Services, Inc. She has been involved with numerous state committees and work groups over the last ten years. She is a past President of the American Association of Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities, Texas Chapter and a member of the Providers Alliance for Community Supports of Texas.

Mason Morgan has been with Daybreak since 1999. He holds a Bachelors of Business Studies in Accounting and a Masters of Business Administration from Dallas Baptist University. Prior to coming to Daybreak, he was a Financial Analyst for Outreach Health Services, Inc. and Chief Financial Officer of Omnicare Associates, Inc. He currently serves as Chair of the Reimbursement Committee for the Providers Alliance for Community Services of Texas. He has also served previously as the Treasurer for the American Association of Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities, Texas Chapter.

Director of Human Resources --- Judy Brannen
Judy Brannen’s HR career spans over 20 years of experience in HR consulting, organizational development, management training and all other aspects of the human resources function. Serving as an HR senior manager, she has managed functions in multi-state and multi-site locations. Her experiences in the healthcare and financial arenas have prepared her for managing the change process while facilitating effective teams for process improvement.

Judy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from LeTourneau University and is a certified HR professional having earned her PHR (Professional in Human Resources) certification. She is a member of SHRM (Society for Human Resources Management) and the Ft. Worth Human Resource Management Association (FWHRMA) having served on the boards of FWHRMA and the Ft. Worth Chapter of Credit Unions.

Shelly has over 14 years experience providing services to persons with developmental disabilities. She earned a bachelors degree in Psychology and a Master of Education degree in Counseling from West Texas A&M University. She began in the social services field providing direct care to consumers in 1991, and worked for 6 years as a psychologist for ICF-MR facilities. For the previous 3 1/2 years, she has worked with the Department of Aging and Disabilities as an HCS and TXHML Specialist with Program Enrollments/Utilization Review and Survey Certification.

Bill joined Daybreak in 2006 and has over 36 years of experience serving persons with developmental disabilities and 26 years in the Foster Parent program for persons with developmental disabilities. Prior to joining Daybreak, Bill worked 20 years for the Johnson-Ellis-Navarro MHMR Center directing the Vocational, Maintenance and Information Technology programs before becoming the Director of Operations. Bill also worked at Fort Worth State School for 10 years directing the Community-Based Vocational and Maintenance programs. Bill has 38 years experience in maintenance / construction, 28 years experience with Information Technology systems. Certifications include: 1.Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) 2. Citrix Certified Administrator (CCA) 3. Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) 4. Methods-Time Measurement (MTM), 5. Septic Engineer.

Kirk Coats joined Daybreak in 1997 and has over 20 of experience in the field of Developmental Disabilities. He holds a Bachelors degree in Business Management from Texas Tech University. Prior to coming to Daybreak he worked at the Lubbock State School for 12 years. He also is currently a member of the Providers Alliance for Community Supports of Texas.

Debbie Youngblood has 20 years of experience working in the field of Developmental Disabilities. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas Wesleyan University. Prior to coming to Daybreak, she was a Program Manager at MHMR of Tarrant County working for the Mental Retardation Local Authority Program and before that, Director of Continuous Quality Improvement at the Fort Worth State School. She is currently a member of the American Association of Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities, Texas Chapter and a Volunteer and Coach for Texas Special Olympics.

Beverly is the Director for the Daybreak ICF/MR program. She has a Bachelors degree in criminal justice/psychology and attended both the University of Houston and Dallas Baptist University. She is a licensed child care administrator. Beverly began working for Daybreak in July of 1987. Prior to that she worked in the Bethage ICF-MR program.

Regina Wilson has been with Daybreak for over five years. Prior to coming to Daybreak, she worked for two years at the Betty Hardwick Center. Additionally, Regina has spent many years as a foster care provider and residential supervisor. — Email

Stephanie Williams joined Daybreak in August of 2004 as a team member and then as a Lead Team Coordinator before becoming the Area Director for Amarillo. She has attended Texas Tech University. Prior to coming to Daybreak, Stephanie worked at the Lubbock State School for five years. She also has over three years experience in home health services as a Field Supervisor, and four years work experience at an Intermediate Care Facility for individuals with developmental disabilities.

Jeff has over 15 years of experience working with people with various disabilities. He worked for JENMHMR for approximately 7 years in various capacities serving as Individual Case Coordinator, Psychosocial Rehab Program Coordinator and Supported Employment Program Coordinator. He has worked for Daybreak for over 8 years in various roles including supervision of group homes, day habilitation sites, and SHL, monitoring foster care homes, Lead Case Manager, employee training, and coach and volunteer for Special Olympics. — Email

Jaime joined Daybreak HCS in August 2009. She has three years experience as an HCS Program Director. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Studies with a Major in Community Health Education and Promotion from Texas Woman’s University. Prior to joining Daybreak, she started out as a QMRP at Skyview Living Center, ICF/MR facility- Diamondback Management Services. She was promoted within three months to HCS Program Director for Denton County with Diamondback Management Services, where she remained for two years. Thereafter, she worked as the HCS and TxHmL Program Director at Educare Community Living-Irving, Dallas County.

Michael has been with the Daybreak ICF/MR programs for 15 years. Prior to this he worked at the Terrell State Hospital and at the Fort Worth State School for 8 years. Michael has a Bachelors degree from the University of Iowa.

Marnette Simon joined Daybreak in December 2000 as a Record Coordinator. She was promoted to Office Manager, Regional Office Manager and Assistant Area Director before becoming the Area Director for the Fort Worth area office. She holds a Bachelor Degree in Communication Management from Devry University. Prior to coming to Daybreak, Marnette worked 11 years as an Assistant Record Manager in a Health Management Organization. She also worked 12 years as a Health Information Supervisor in a hospital environment.

Mary has over 25 years of service experience in the field of developmental disabilities. She began her career at the Mexia State School. She has since worked as a QMRP and Case Manager in the public and private sectors. She began working in the HCS program in 1997 before coming to Daybreak Community Services in November, 2000. Mary graduated from Tarleton State University in Stephenville, Texas with a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration and The University of Texas at Tyler, Texas with a Masters Degree in Vocational Education.

Cindy began working at Daybreak in 1997. Cindy attended Texas Lutheran College and worked 19 years at Lubbock State School. Through the Habilitation Therapies Department, Cindy specialized in working with people with hearing and visual deficits. Cindy received training at the Helen Keller National Training Center and provides training to Daybreak Staff who serve individuals through the Deaf-Blind Waiver.

Carla joined the Daybreak team in March of 2001. She had previously worked with another private provider as a Home Manager in the ICF program for 3 years. Carla has been involved with the visual and hearing impaired population for 5 years in Lubbock with Daybreak. She is certified to train Daybreak staff in working with people with hearing and visual deficits.

Tammy Patrick-Howard has over 25 years experience in the field of developmental disabilities. She joined the Daybreak in 1998 in Wichita Falls, Tx. She has served on the ARC board of Directors and volunteered for Special Olympics for many years. She is a certified activity director and has studied child development. Prior to Daybreak Tammy served as Program Coordinator for MHMR Center in Ohio.
